KGS supports the Veteran's Affairs Data Acquisition Center with a combination of data collection, analysis, management, and reporting activities. KGS developed a Governance Plan of Action & Mile-stone to deploy Primavera functionality to support demand management, resource capacity management (labor, materials, property, and expenses), project management, and business intelligence requirements.
We helped the customer to define business rules, roles, processes, requirements, and governance for operational standards. The KGS team manages and facilitates a monthly governance committee made up of the Enterprise Operation leadership, from all locations nationally, who contribute to the evaluation and communication of continuous process improvement program successes.
