Data Confidence® Method is our proven combination of comprehensive policies, processes, and process assets (e.g., templates, forms, checklists) employed to deliver Data Confidence®. It serves as our benchmark for business and technical operations, and ensures the delivery of Data Confidence® as a value-added outcome of all services and solutions through continuous process improvement and excellence. Data Confidence® Method is inclusive of all KGS service offerings, policies, processes and process assets.

Data Confidence® Method is continually being improved to ensure alignment with the business objectives set by our Leadership Team:

• Processes are flexible for work efforts varying in size, complexity, scope, product life cycle development and methodology.
• Processes are designed for SEI CMMI® Level 3 compliance to ensure performance, quality and efficiency through process maturity.
• Project Management activities at KGS are in general alignment with the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge.
• Executive Oversight and Business Services processes provide the strategic direction, consistency and quality service of the highest caliber within each functional area of KGS to promote success in our services delivery and in alignment with the goals set forth in the KGS Strategic Plan.
