KGS Awarded Multiple Task Orders under Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Contract
KGS was recently awarded four task orders under the DTRA Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide Budget, Finance, and related support to the Agency's Comptroller and joint Directorates. Under this contract, KGS has now been selected for a total of seven task orders.
The scope of these task orders includes:
- Lead, manage, coordinate, and facilitate the accomplishment of the Director’s annual planning guidance for development of the Program Objective Memorandum and Program Review activities, and “Budget to Strategy” related programmatic review, prioritization, and allocation activities.
- Program management, help desk and training support for the DTRA DAI Program, DTRA’s timekeeping system, and accounting system of record.
- Provide Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), internal controls, risk management, audit liaison, audit sustainment, and budgetary resource support to the Chemical/Biological Defense Program (CBDP), Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Chemical/Biological Defense (CBD), and OASD(AT&L) Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological (NCB).
- Support the Financial Operations Division in the accomplishment of enhancements to the Spend Plan Management and Reporting Tool (SMART).
The Budget and Finance Support Services (BFSS) contract is available for use by any organization within DTRA and the Chemical/Biological Defense Program (CBDP). In-scope services include a wide variety of budget, finance, administrative, program, and system support.
