July 1, 2015 - KGS Awarded United States Forest Service Grants and Agreements Business Process Improvement Contract
KGS was recently awarded a prime contract to provide business process and organizational development solutions to the United States Forest Service (USFS). Under this contract, KGS will perform an assessment of USFS Grants and Agreements (G&A) processes over a period of six months and make recommendations to support optimal organizational performance prior to USFS’s implementation of a grant management system.

This contract will contribute to KGS’s growing Workplace Performance and Grants Management practices and enables KGS to apply its thought leadership expressed through involvement in the National Grants Management Association (NGMA) and Association of Government Accountants (AGA) projects centered on implementation of the Uniform Guidance, DATA Act, and revision of OMB Circular A-123.
