April 6, 2011 — DTRA Awards DAI Support Task Order to KGS

On April 1, 2011, DTRA awarded a new IDIQ task order to KGS for Help Desk and training services. KGS will provide Help Desk support to augment DTRA subject matter experts during testing and post-deployment of the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system, including identification of issues, troubleshooting, event escalation, and closure of the problem resolution process. KGS will also train DTRA users to ensure they are fully capable of independently accessing and operating DAI.
