April 2, 2010 — KGS Awarded Subcontract to Assist with USCG Property Appraisal Services
American Appraisal, Inc. awarded a Master Subcontract to KGS to assist with appraisal of US Coast Guard (USCG) assets. Specifically, KGS will provide assistance to American Appraisal and the Coast Guard to: assemble all available documentation to support date in service and original acquisition cost; review appraisals completed by American Appraisals; prepare packages for adjustment of property and financial records to reflect appraised value; and interface with the USCG Finance Center to facilitate prompt and accurate changes to records.
